Transitional Services, Inc. (TSI) is a nonprofit organization servicing over 400 people annually in Allegheny County. Committed to quality services, TSI received its fifth consecutive three-year accreditation on December 2009 from the nationally recognized organization CARF (The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission). Though accreditation is not required, TSI submitted to the process because of its desire to be a quality organization responsible to the needs of those with mental disabilities.
Our sincerest gratitude to Staunton Farm Foundation for awarding TSI a generous grant of $25,000 to enhance its service delivery system.

Transitional Services, Inc. has to stay in the forefront as a provider of services for people with mental health (intellectual and psychiatric) disabilities. Giving helps to provide additional supports to our persons served, sites and programs. These services keep us as a leader in this field and one that others will follow. Shrinking governmental funding makes the need for us as people to step up more vital than ever. I give because there is a need and because it does make a difference.
